Consent to publication of personal data

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding one.

This consent is given separately from any other consents (Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”) to the Interregional Public Organisation for Personal Development “Community of Thought Inquirers” (OGRN 1187700017999, INN 9718117450) for the purpose of publishing information on the website and in SIM’s online communities.

What information may be published

Surname and first name, photograph, city, information about a facilitator’s education and qualifications, contact details, the text of a testimonial, and likeness and voice in a video recording of a meeting — only to the extent the person has specified in their consent.

Terms

For each category of information, the person may set prohibitions and conditions: for example, allowing their first name without their surname, or publication on the website only.

The consent remains valid until withdrawn. A request to stop distribution should be sent to moosimrf@mail.ru; the publication will be removed within 3 working days.

The consent form is provided by a SIM coordinator. No information is published until it has been signed.

Photographs on the website

The website features real photographs of SIM meetings and participants. Everyone in the photographs has consented to being photographed and to the images being published on the official website and in SIM’s online communities (Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). The signed consents are kept by the organisation.

If you recognise yourself in a photo and would like it removed, write to moosimrf@mail.ru. The photo will be removed within 3 working days.
