Consent to personal data processing

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding one.
By completing a form on the website and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Interregional Public Organisation for Personal Development “Community of Thought Inquirers” (SIM), OGRN 1187700017999, INN 9718117450, KPP 771801001 (hereinafter, the Operator), to process my personal data on the terms of this consent.
1. Personal data
The Operator may process the following personal data:
surname, first name and patronymic;
contact details in messaging apps (VK, Telegram, MAX);
country and city of residence;
information contained in an enquiry, membership application, questionnaire or other form completed by the user.
2. Purposes of processing
Personal data are processed for the purposes of:
considering an enquiry and providing a response;
contacting the user regarding their enquiry;
registering for meetings, groups, programmes and events of SIM;
considering an application for membership of SIM;
keeping records of members of the organisation and programme participants;
recording membership fees and other payments provided for by law, where necessary for the relevant purpose.
3. Actions with personal data
The Operator may collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, clarify, retrieve, use, provide, block, delete and destroy personal data.
Processing may be carried out with or without the use of automated means.
Where necessary for the stated purposes, access to personal data may be granted to authorised persons of SIM involved in considering an enquiry, organising an event or performing other actions related to the stated purposes of processing.
4. Period of validity of consent
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, personal data are destroyed or depersonalised, unless their further storage is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation or other lawful grounds.
5. Withdrawal of consent
Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to the following email address: moosimrf@mail.ru.
Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing the personal data, unless their further processing is permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation, and takes the measures provided for by law to destroy or depersonalise them.

By giving this consent, I confirm that I have read the Personal data processing policy of SIM published on the website.
Consent to receive informational and promotional mailings is given separately and is not a condition for considering an enquiry or providing a response.
